Terms of use/ Rules HOUSE FAMILY

  • Reservation is required to be made directly on the website www.housefamily.pl or email by filling the form.
  • When making a reservation, the customer agrees to the processing of his personal data only for marketing purposes by House Family in accordance to the act about processing personal data from 29.08.1997 (Dz. U. Nr 101 z 2002 r. poz. 926 with further regulations)
  • The reservation is made on the person who will pay the reservation fee or other individual directly indicated by ordering party.
  • The reservation is considered confirmed after paying the agreed booking fee for the stay in the FAMILY HOUSE administrator’s account.
  • Payment of the booking fee automatically confirms the reservation and acceptance of its conditions specified in these regulations.
  • Failure to pay the booking fee results in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • The email containing the confirmation and whole calculation will be sent immediately after having received the payment.
  • We issue VAT invoices on request – please inform us when making your booking.
  • In the case of resignation from the stay, when the reservation fee has already been paid (prepayment), you must notify us at the latest 30 days before the date of commencement of stay, then the client will not be charged the rest of the payment for the stay.
  • Booking fee is 30%. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the planned arrival, the reservation fee is equivalent to 50% of the stay.
  • For cleaning a one-time fee is charged.
  • For all damages in apartments caused by the House Family guests, the renter is obliged to pay on the day they leave.
  • Any unclear issues should be reported via e-mail via the contact form.
  • In the high season at least seven-day stays are preferred.
  • Shorter rental stays in the season are possible after prior agreement with House Family.

Complaints

  • The customer has the right to exercise the right to complain about the service and to pursue claims in this respect, in accordance with applicable laws. The complaint must be considered in writing to the ADMIRAŁ BIS Spółka z o.o. & Spółka Komandytowa or by email.

  • Complaints will be considered within 30 days of their receipt. Information about the effect of the complaint will be sent to the Customer on the e-mail address, postal address or telephone number indicated by him. If the complaint is accepted, the Client will receive a financial compensation in the amount proportional to the damage suffered. If ADMIRAŁ BIS Spółka z o.o. & Spółka Komandytowa did not recognize the Consumer’s complaint, and this one does not agree with his decision, he may appeal.
